All About Noa!

Noa is an illustrator based in New York City. Her goal is to work as a children’s book illustrator, though she also makes T shirts, logos, greeting cards, and portraits. She began teaching herself to draw during the Covid lockdown, and likes to use her work as a way to appreciate the fun and interesting things in everyday life.

 

Noa's favorite things to draw include:

1. Anything that takes place in New York City.

2. Busy, immersive scenes with lots of characters and tiny details.

3. Siblings (especially her own sister, but sibling relationships in general are fun).

4. Elephants.

Some other cool non-art related stuff about Noa:

1. She loves musicals (her all time favorites are In the Heights and Fiddler on the Roof, but her current favorite is probably Hadestown).

2. She spent two semesters in school working in a lab studying chimp cognition.

3. She can speak backwards.
